Management of the hotel Rooms Division operation including Fitness & Sauna to achieve a reputation as a market leader in individualized customer focused service in the hotel locality. Effective supervision of all guest arrivals and departures ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes follow set procedures and are customer focused. Supervision of lobby services including carparking and luggage handling, ensuring guest arrivals and departures are as efficient as possible. Daily check with the Reservations to ensure accuracy in room allocation and maximizing the daily pick up and yield. Regular contact with Maintenance ensuring maintenance requests are completed quickly focusing on guest needs as a priority. Management of Housekeeping to ensure room cleanliness standards are maintained while meeting productivity goals, ensure public areas are clean and well presented with regular monitoring.

Our team composed of experienced staffs with various kinds of service handling skills and new staffs with fluent foreign languages communication skills with passionate about customer service in harmony. Provides guidance on the use of renovated and newly constructed facilities at each of the customer's interface to maximize the customer's satisfaction. Try to differentiate suite rooms by upgrading the room amenity and strengthen specialized service. I manage 6 outlets in my department needing to maintain the excellent service and reputation of Jeju Sun Hotel and act as a management representative to group clients. My duty includes, create and maintain menu planning and presentation of food and beverage that satisfy guest, Completion of monthly forecast, timely analysis of food & beverage prices in relation to competition. And one of the most important in my role as a head in my department is to inspire them to do things they never thought they could. In addition to menu maintenance and event management, I'm involve with all of a full-service hospitality establishment's day-to-day functions, including staff management, office administration duties and labor costs.

Providing highest standards of food and beverage service. Newly open Garden Buffet and Eclipse Bar and offers discount, promotions with competitive price. One of the most important as the head of my department is to establish good harmonious relationships with one another which is I believe that having good relationships with each other is the key to every business success.
